Have you ever though of travelling the world? How about a complete change of career? What about feeling better in yourself?
Mental health and wellbeing are just as important as dreams and ambitions.
We often hear the phrase "work / life balance". I prefer "life balance" because as human beings, we are much more nuanced than just work and non-work. To help us in our daily lives, we all have routines, often developed subconsciously (try putting on your shoes with the other foot first)!
Our routines help to create safety and predictability. In that sense, they are very helpful to us however in their own way, can also be constraints. So can the stories we tell ourselves about what we think we can or cannot do.
Working together, we will create a safe space for reflection, develop a vision for what you really want and form a plan of action for moving forward.
